Heading Down Under

On Wednesday I begin my homecoming adventure, discovering all that's new and exciting in food, wine and travel in Tasmania, then on to West Australia where I'll get a behinds the scene look at Australia's booming truffle (yes the addictively odorous kind - black and ugly and beautiful).  Between times I'll bring you a taste of the Blue Mountains, Sydney the North Coast and more!  Stay tuned and come enjoy the journey with me - then come out yourselves!

The bustling city of Hobart, it's streets lined with amazing cafes, galleries, designer shops, and restaurants to die for!
